Commission Rules
What I WILL Draw:
Just about anything! I might have less experience drawing some things (mechs, vehicles, Lovecraftian monsters, for example), but that doesn't mean I won't do my research and try! Even though these commissions are a paid service, I consider them a learning experience as well. :) As long as you can present me with a proper and thorough reference, I will draw whatever I can to the best of my ability! (Save for what I clearly said I WON'T draw.)

All digital commissions come at a resolution of 300 DPI. If you want your commission to be a certain size, PLEASE be sure to make note of that in your email to me!
NOTE: Complex character designs, armor designs, etc. may come with an extra charge. Commissions from written references alone/designs that are being created from scratch will come with an extra charge as I am taking up the task of designing a character from scratch, not just drawing my interpretation of it. Outfit/armor designs from scratch will come at an extra charge.
What I WILL NOT Draw:
My drawing style is my own. I will not imitate another artist's work.
I will not draw my personal characters interacting with your/another character in any way I disapprove of; this mostly just involves NSFW requests, I'm all open to my characters being friends with yours, trust me!
Under no circumstances will I draw NSFW content of minor characters, adultxminor shipping tropes, incest or noncon content.
Fully-rendered prints of copyrighted characters. The chances of these being re-sold by other parties are too high, and it's not worth the risk. The only exception is if a non-copyrighted character is included in the image, and takes center stage.
This website is for commissions; I do not take requests.
(This is all I can think of for now, but will be revised based on future experience. If you request something I will not draw, and it's not on here, the list will be updated and I will apologize.)
Commission Process and Payment
Make sure I have a slot open before you request a commission, or that an application period is open.
Contact is through my e-mail only. Sorry, not comfortable giving out my Discord.
When requesting a commission, include in full, precise detail what you would like, along with any references I might need (if I need more, I will ask you). I will use this information to come up with a price for the commission.
The commission must be paid for before I will proceed. I only take Paypal at the moment. Please do not pay at any point before this stage, as I must approve the commission before I take payment. Failure to make payment within 24 hours will come with forfeit of your commission slot. Note: People on the Waitlist are not required to pay until their commission slot comes into the working queue.
(TRADITIONAL HEADSHOT COMMS: This does not apply for this round of commissions. I will be doing these in one fell swoop, so PLEASE make sure you provide all references/descriptions of what is necessary to the piece.) I will do a digital rough sketch (this goes for traditional pieces as well, just easier and cleaner to do a digital rough) of the commission, and send it to you. If it's approved, I will move forward with the commission. After this stage, the commission is final. No major changes will be made (major pose change, major outfit changes, character changes, etc.), and it is on you if the final result doesn't turn out as you would have liked it. More WIPs will be sent throughout the commission process (final lineart, flat colors, general updates, etc.) and small changes such as color fixes can be requested then.
Commissions are a second job for me. I currently work full-time already, and as such, my commissions take time. My work is not instantaneous, nor is any other artist's. Please be patient, and do not spam me with e-mails asking if your work is done yet. Please notify me if a commission needs to be done by a certain date/comes with a deadline in your initial email. I reserve the right to cancel a commission and refund your money if I get bombarded with "Is it done yet" e-mails.
If I come under a situation where I cannot finish your commission in a reasonable amount of time, I will send you a notice of cancellation and your refund. This would only happen if something really awful happens in real-life, probably, and if it has to happen it will be with the deepest apology. Partial refunds are available, if you decide halfway through that you no longer want a commission.
ALL refund amounts will be determined by myself, based on how much of the commission was completed.
Full refunds will only apply in the case that you cancel your commission, and I've not gone past the rough draft stage. You will not receive any artwork in this case.
Online Sharing of Your Commission & The Final Product
Once the commission is finished, you will receive the file via e-mail. PNG only. Under no circumstances will I send the full PSD/RIFF/CLIP (etc.) file.
I will ask for your permission to post the work to my Twitter/Tumblr pages first; I understand if you'd rather me not, or if you're not comfortable with it! Or, if I can post it but ONLY ON CERTAIN SITES, just let me know! NOTE: I'm more than likely to add your commission to my gallery for completed commissions on this site; if you don't want it there, PLEASE let me know!
All commissions will come with my signature/watermark on them, no exceptions. Removal of the signature is strictly prohibited; failure to follow this rule will result in a blacklist from further commissions, and I will make other artists aware.
You, nor anyone else, may edit the commission after it's complete (or even unfinished, in the case of a cancellation), under any circumstances, in any shape or form. This sort of tampering will result in the same actions listed above. (TRADITIONAL HEADSHOT COMMS: If you would like for a friend or another artist to color your headshot sketch, reach out to me.)
Commissions may NOT be re-sold, under any circumstances. Feel free to have them printed for personal use, again, with signature still intact. Failure to follow these rules will result in the same actions listed above.
My work is NOT to be sold as/minted into NFTs, nor used for AI training.
Want to share your commission with your friends? That's fine! Again, just keep my signature on there, and give me credit where credit is due; and thank you for promoting my work! (And I'd always appreciate a link or a tag to where you share it; if others enjoy my art, I'd like to know!)
